investigation authority in Jordan announces the start of protection investigating against imports of aluminum bars and rods

           Asharqia Chamber  present its best regards and inform you of the receipt of the letter of Saudi Chambers Council   (H.kh / M.l / 3243) the date (21/11/1437 e) and referred it to receive the Council letter from the Ministry of Trade and Investment No. (58 241) on (5 / 11/1437 e),  to  the World trade Organization's speech number (G / SG / N / 6 / GOR / 18), which states the  performing of the authority in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan to investigate (24/07/2016 AD), to announce the start of investigating the protection against imports of rods and aluminum  pillars from all over the world   which are subjected to   customs number (7604), as the Jordanian authority urged to investigate the parties involved to  reveal themselves to the  in charge parties  in the investigation, before the date (14/08/2016 AD), also set the date (9.12.2016 m), a deadline to receive responses from  in charge parties.
